Choosing between proofing baskets & bread lames comes down to how much shaping equipment you want in one purchase. The REXCH set emphasizes quantity and a lower listed price, while the Ecomerr set keeps the focus on two differently shaped rattan baskets with washable linen liners. The practical choice is whether you want a broader sourdough kit or a more focused basket pair.
Quick verdict
The REXCH 9Pc Banneton Proofing Basket Set is the stronger fit for shoppers who want a nine-piece sourdough baking kit at $14.99. Its description includes both round and oval baskets, plus bread-making accessories, while the care instruction is hand wash only. Choose the Ecomerr set if the two basket shapes and included washable linen liners matter more than the $10 price difference.

Product notes
REXCH 9Pc Banneton Proofing Basket Set Round Oval Sourdough Bread Baking Kit
The REXCH set is the straightforward pick for a shopper who wants a larger sourdough setup rather than only two baskets. Its nine-piece format is the clearest reason to choose it, and the description specifically names a 9-inch round basket and a 10-inch oval basket. The listed beige color and easy-to-clean feature keep the presentation simple. At $14.99, it also has the lower listed price in this comparison. The limitation is the hand-wash-only care instruction, so it is not the choice for someone seeking a different cleaning method. The set's rattan baskets are described as supporting airflow during dough fermentation and creating a spiral pattern.
9-inch Banneton Bread Proofing Basket Set of 2 - Round & Oval Sourdough starter kit
The Ecomerr set suits bakers who want a paired round-and-oval arrangement without a larger multi-piece kit. Both basket shapes are included, and the description calls out washable linen liners for each, a useful detail if lining is part of your preferred preparation routine. Rattan is also identified as the material, with the set described as odorless and splinter-free. Its main limitation is the $24.99 listed price, which is $10 above the REXCH set. The product also centers on two baskets, so its appeal is the defined round-and-oval pairing rather than a nine-piece assortment. Choose it when the liners and focused format outweigh the added price.
Final choice by use case
Choose REXCH for the lower listed price, nine-piece format, and the included 9-inch round plus 10-inch oval baskets. It makes the most sense when you want a broader collection of sourdough shaping equipment in one kit.
Choose Ecomerr when two baskets are enough and washable linen liners are a deciding feature. Its round-and-oval pairing offers a clearly defined setup, while the rattan material and listed 9-inch measurements give the choice a focused specification. For most shoppers comparing only the listed price and kit size, REXCH is the more direct fit; Ecomerr earns consideration for its liner-equipped two-basket arrangement.
